Quote-request service
Property Covered publishes insurance research and records quote requests for licensed follow-up. Switchboard Risk Technologies Inc. operates Property Covered as a licensed insurance producer.
A request may be sent to insurance carriers or other insurance-market participants for review. A request is not a binder, policy, application submitted directly to a carrier, or promise that any carrier will offer terms.
Contact consent
When you submit contact information, you ask Property Covered and its licensed insurance personnel to contact you by phone or email about the request. The first release does not ask for text-message consent and does not use the quote form to enroll you in marketing text messages.
Insurance boundary
Property Covered is not an insurance carrier. The site does not underwrite policies, set premiums, approve coverage, bind insurance, issue policy forms, change policies, or decide claims.
Site content does not replace a quote, binder, endorsement, declarations page, lease, lender requirement, or policy. Review those documents before relying on coverage for a property.
Your information
Provide accurate information that you are authorized to submit. A carrier may change or withdraw terms when the submitted facts are incomplete, inaccurate, or different from the final application.
Content and sources
Property Covered ties published claims to identified sources when practical. Insurance forms, laws, carrier rules, underwriting practices, and site content can change.
Check the current quote, policy, endorsement, contract, and applicable law for the property and transaction you are reviewing.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, impersonate another person or business, distribute malicious code, interfere with the site, bypass security controls, probe systems without authorization, scrape the site at scale, or violate law or another person's rights.
Third-party services
Property Covered may link to regulators, carriers, policy forms, and other third parties. Those parties control their own content, services, security, privacy practices, and terms.
Availability
Property Covered may correct, update, move, suspend, or remove content and features. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, security work, or other interruptions.

Property Covered does not guarantee that site content applies to every jurisdiction, form, policy, or property.
The site does not guarantee a quote, coverage, eligibility, price, limit, endorsement, policy term, proof-of-insurance date, or claim result.
